- No cold-calling or telemarketing. You will work with our existing book of customers
- Stable W-2 position at an agency that has been growing for 16 years and will continue succeeding
- Protect people with one set of strong Allstate products. No need to deal with 10+ small carriers as with independent agencies.
- Ongoing training and coaching on our Retention processes and Allstate products
- Health insurance reimbursement available

- Be the trusted advisor that review accounts with customers to advise them and protect their families and assets
- Develop long-term relationships with our customers to trust you over the years and decades
- Proactively reach out to our customers to show them excellent care and expertise
- Insurance experience required, must have Property and Casualty license. Transferring from another state is OK.
- Experience with relationship-based customer interaction is preferred
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and can track their own progress
