Supply Chain Manager
Tyler, TX (Relocation Available) | $130,000 and above DOE | Full-Time Direct Hire About Our Client:Our client is a growing, family-owned company serving customers across the Southern U.S. They are known for their strong culture, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to operational excellence. Reporting directly to the COO, the Supply Chain Manager is a key operational leader responsible for procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships, logistics, and supply continuity. This role offers the opportunity to influence company performance, improve processes, and build long-term supply chain capabilities.
You Are Already Great at These:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field - 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience - Strong background in sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier development - Experience using ERP systems
Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational results - Preferred industry experience: manufacturing, industrial products, chemicals, energy, oil gas, or heavy equipment

Compensation Benefits:
