Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, escalating issues to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, amenity areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe on‑site activity, and document security‑related incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with Allied Universal and location guidelines. Support hospitality operations by assisting with directions, wayfinding, and visitor interactions while maintaining a visible presence and communicating respectfully with guests and staff. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
