2nd Shift Sr Quality Technician

What Quality Control contributes to Cardinal Health Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications. Quality Control is responsible for the analysis or inspection of materials, components, products or processes for compliance with specifications and standards. Responsibilities Administers Kappa testing with process inspectors to ensure defects can be detected consistently. Collects and processes customer complaints and handles communication and dispute resolution efforts. Follows standard operating procedures to test molds, component parts and finished products for errors, documenting outcomes and ensuring effective production processes and remediation of any errors. Writes programs in software platform to assist in automation of testing processes. Monitors mold equipment used in producing component parts to verify proper maintenance is being applied, and conducts particulate and viable testing to ensure production occurs in a clean and sterile environment. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience, preferred High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
