Minimum Qualifications: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients. Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital infection control nursing experience required, 2 years preferred. Strong knowledge of standard precautions, transmission-based precautions, PPE, hand hygiene, and infection prevention principles. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new facility policies, systems, and teams. Certification in Infection Control or CIC preferred. Experience with outbreak management. Familiarity with NHSN reporting, quality metrics, and regulatory surveys. Current, valid, and active driver’s license required. Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation. Certificates, Licensures, Registrations: Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients. Additional Skills: Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Strong knowledge of nursing standards, evidence-based practice, clinical procedures, and regulatory requirements. Excellent teaching, coaching, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Data collection and reporting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
