\n BLENDING/MIXING OPERATOR  \n

\n Automation Personnel Services is seeking  Blending/Mixing Operator Associate for a large batch manufacturing facility in Cleveland, TN. Associates will perform all aspects of intake and outgoing orders in a fast-paced distribution facility.\n

\n

\n  \n

\n Pay rate  \n

\n

\n $22.00 per hour \n

\n

\n  \n

\n

\n Schedule and Hours  \n

\n

\n Monday - Friday; 2pm-10:30pm ; Weekends and Overtime as Needed\n

\n

\n  \n

\n

\n Blending/Mixing Operator   Duties and Responsibilities \n

\n

\n
• Batch Production-Mix syrup and beverage batches using computerized control systems and production schedule, 
\n
• Weigh, load and scan ingredients into mixing tanks
\n
• Clean, wash and sanitize tanks, pipes and mixing equipment between product runs to prevent contamination 
\n
• Provide samples to quality assurance, conduct lab tests and calibrate equipment
\n
• Maintain accurate logs, inventory counts and data entries in the systems.
\n
• maintaining warehouse organization
\n
• Follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
\n

\n Blending/Mixing Operator   Qualifications and Requirements \n

\n

\n
• Lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
\n
• Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stay active for long shifts on hard concrete floors.
\n
• Prior experience as a production, mixing or blending operator a plus
\n
• Strong basic math and communication skills for reading recipes and recording data
\n
