What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process

• Present and demonstrate products with confidence, enthusiasm, and product knowledge

• Build value, overcome objections, and close deals professionally

• Follow up with leads and nurture long-term customer relationships

• Work closely with management and support teams to deliver a top-tier buying experience

• Represent a well-established brand while helping launch and grow a brand-new location

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience is required
  (RV, automotive, powersports, banking, finance, or other commission-based sales backgrounds are all welcome)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with structured sales processes and performance goals

• Self-motivated, positive, and competitive—in a healthy, team-first way

• Professional, coachable, and eager to grow with an expanding company

RV experience is not required —we can train product knowledge.
Sales experience and a winning mindset are a must.
