CDL A Team Drivers (15 Openings) Onsite | Pocatello, ID Columbia City, IN Ogden, UT Direct Hire / Full-Time HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL A Team Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated fleet transportation opportunity. This role requires dependable, safety-focused team drivers who can maintain consistent delivery schedules, operate efficiently across long-haul dedicated routes, and uphold strong DOT compliance standards in a high-mileage freight environment. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities Operate tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmission safely and efficiently Complete dedicated round-trip routes between Ogden, UT and Columbia City, IN Maintain consistent delivery schedules and mileage expectations Transport no-touch freight utilizing 53′ dry van trailers Conduct pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate ELD logs, mileage records, and compliance documentation Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, safety concerns, and scheduling updates Work collaboratively as a CDL A driving team to maximize operational efficiency and safety Adhere to all company safety standards and federal transportation regulations Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Valid CDL A license Team driving experience strongly preferred Proven long-haul or dedicated fleet driving experience Strong safety record and DOT compliance history Ability to operate sleeper cab equipment on multi-state routes Comfortable with high-mileage weekly schedules Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability during extended driving shifts Stable and consistent employment history Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Experience operating tandem-axle sleeper trucks Prior dedicated account or dry van experience Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs) Strong trip planning and time management skills Multi-state freight experience across western and midwestern routes Professional communication and dispatch coordination skills HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history Poor driving or safety record No CDL A license Lack of long-haul or dedicated route experience DOT compliance issues or serious driving violations Inability to operate within team driving environments Poor attendance or reliability concerns HireNow Checklist HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who align with the following: Active CDL A license with strong safety history Experience in dedicated fleet, regional, or long-haul operations Comfortable operating team routes with weekly home time Familiarity with dry van freight and sleeper cab operations Strong DOT compliance and inspection awareness Reliable, punctual, and safety-driven mindset Strong communication and teamwork abilities Stable work history demonstrating consistency and professionalism HireNow Standout Candidates Drivers with dedicated account experience Teams experienced with high-mile weekly runs Drivers with clean inspection and safety records Candidates with long-term tenure in transportation roles CDL A professionals experienced in multi-state freight operations HireNow Package Compensation: Average Weekly Pay: $2,200 Top Weekly Pay: $2,553 Average Annualized Earnings: $114,424 Top Annualized Earnings: $132,761 Locations: Pocatello, ID (within 75 miles) Columbia City, IN (within 125 miles) Ogden, UT (within 150 miles) Schedule & Equipment: Dedicated Fleet Team Driving Position Home Weekly (34‑hour reset) Round Trips Twice Weekly: Ogden, UT Columbia City, IN No‑Touch Freight Mileage Pay Split Safety Bonus Program Tandem‑Axle Sleeper Trucks Automatic Transmission 53′ Dry Van Trailers Benefits Include: Weekly home time Consistent dedicated freight lanes Stable full‑time opportunity Safety bonus incentives Modern automatic equipment HireNow Staffing Disclaimer HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this role.
