Patient Registration Rep - New Baltimore Patient Access - Part-Time Location: Henry Ford Medical Center – 36750 26 Mile Rd, Chesterfield Twp, MI 48047 Schedule: Part-Time (20 Hours/Week), Every other weekend and holiday rotation Shift: Varies Position Overview: You’ll play a vital role in supporting patients and visitors. Following standard operating procedures, you’ll manage patient reception, face-to-face check-ins, pre-registration, insurance eligibility confirmation, and cash collections. Your responsibilities include new patient registration, updating records, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and compassion. As the first point of contact, you will advocate for patients, ensuring their needs are met while providing exceptional service that fosters trust and loyalty.
