Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview We\'re partnering with a well‑established insurance services organization to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 3-4 month temp‑to‑hire opportunity in San Francisco. Role Highlights Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH Own day‑to‑day Accounts Receivable operations Serve as primary contact for AR‑related customer inquiries Support general accounting activities as needed Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash applications, and follow‑up Serve as the primary point of contact for AR‑related customer inquiries Monitor aging reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Partner with internal accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial records Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Prior experience in accounts receivable or related accounting functions Comfortable serving as the primary AR resource (with support and backup available) Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset Healthcare or insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required EEO and Compliance Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
