About Us:
At Ride Now Rental Cars, we provide reliable, convenient, and affordable vehicle rental solutions to locals for local driving. Our team is committed to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist to help keep our daily rental operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day functions of our rental car operations, including fleet management, customer service, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with vehicle check-in/check-out procedures and inspections
Ensure timely vehicle cleaning, fueling, and readiness for rentals
Coordinate vehicle movement between locations or maintenance shop
Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, mileage, and service needs
Monitor inventory of supplies and assist with ordering
Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry and filing
Help identify and solve logistical or scheduling issues as they arise
Assist with vehicle recovery
Keep workplace clean and tidy
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Prior experience in operations, logistics, or car rental is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
