Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. The Licensed Clinical Therapist will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to clients, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure the smooth functioning of our mental health programs and services. Responsibilities Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client intake processes. Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office. Provide administrative support including maintaining client records, billing, and insurance verification. Act as a liaison between clients and therapists, conveying messages and facilitating communication as needed. Participate in client assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans. Support therapists during therapy sessions by providing assistance as requested. Monitor client progress and report any concerns to the clinical team. Coordinate with external service providers and community resources to meet client needs. Assist in organizing and facilitating support groups and educational workshops. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all interactions. Qualifications Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field preferred. Must hold a valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC registration in accordance with local regulations. Ability to work independently and remotely. Comfortable using online therapy platforms. Previous experience in a mental health setting or similar role is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Empathetic and compassionate approach to working with individuals facing mental health challenges. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record systems preferred. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
