Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT

Must-Have: Strong catheter lab experience, ability to work in interventional radiology, and competencies in angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, insertion/programming of AICDs, pacemaker insertion, and scrub techniques to maintain a sterile field.

Description: IR Technician position for a 10-hour day shift. A strict no-tobacco policy is enforced. Candidates who use any form of nicotine will be automatically canceled if they fail the drug screen. Weekend call is required, with one full weekend per month. On-call duties involve approximately 7-10 days per month, with a 2-hour callback guarantee. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, ARRT. Candidates must have experience in both diagnostic and interventional procedures. Neuro intervention experience is preferred. Interdisciplinary support available for patient care. Daily patient census includes adult and geriatric populations. Candidates should be prepared to float within the facility or to an affiliate hospital nearby.
