Summary The Macomb Group, a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings. We are looking for a full-time Branch Manager to work at our Indianapolis, IN location. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our growing team. Responsibilities Review sales reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives. Revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions to grow location’s revenues. Maintain and enhance vendor and customer relations. As well as relationship with all affiliates to uphold company’s image. Evaluates performance of employees within their branch by reviewing all hiring, salary and disciplinary decisions. Responsible for answering phones, taking orders from customers or giving status of previous order and giving customers quotes on material. Conflict resolution between employees and/or departments within branch. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Regularly lift up to 25lbs Be able to walk, stand, or lift the entire shift Knowledge of PVF is a plus Experience and knowledge of P21 a plus Chauffeur's license is also a bonus. While industry experience is encouraged, it is not required in order to be successful in this role.
