Focus:

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects to establish project scope, resources, and schedules.
• Develop and oversee project budgets and financial performance, including cost estimations and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and licensing requirements.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors, negotiating terms to ensure profitable and quality outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and open communication.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project proposals to ensure comprehensive planning.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior project management capacity.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and leading project teams.
