Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a busy internal medicine clinic. Key Responsibilities Include Rooming patients, taking medical histories, recording vital signs, and documenting in electronic health records (Epic) Assisting providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments Administering medications, injections, immunizations, and other treatments within scope Providing patient education on medications, chronic disease management, and preventive care Coordinating referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care Responding to patient inquiries via phone and collaborating with the care team Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Qualifications Active, unrestricted LPN license in Iowa Preferred experience in clinic, ambulatory, or internal medicine settings Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Experience with Epic EHR is a plus Flexibility to work at or float to other clinic locations as needed Join a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on wellness. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northshore Home Health Care
