Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1930 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a South Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling:
Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
Flexible contract hours: 48 per week is an option.

Unit Details:
Typical med/surg equipment includes EKG, bladder scanner, vein finder, etc.
Procedures performed on the unit include wound care, Foley catheter care, and tracheostomy care.
The unit sees a wide variety of patients; disposition and safe discharge are emphasized.
