South Central Region - Venipuncture/Biometric Screener Wellness Worker

Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events, including biometric screenings and COVID-19 testing. Responsibilities Set up, execute, and break down event testing stations while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain participant privacy and ensure accuracy of all collected data. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Provide thorough pre‑event reporting and training as required. Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines at all times. Venipuncture Duties Perform venipuncture blood draws, ensure safe specimen collection and labeling. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis. Record participant information and screening results accurately. Comply with all safety and privacy protocols. Biometric Screener Duties Collect fingerstick blood, measure blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis. Execute COVID‑19 PCR testing, antigen testing, and temperature checks. Accurately capture participant information and test results. Provide excellent customer service and maintain privacy. Handle administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications Venipuncture Qualifications Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.). Minimum 1 year experience performing venipuncture blood draws. Minimum 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months. Proficient in taking blood pressure. Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Basic tablet and computer skills. Reliable transportation. Willing and able to pass a criminal background check. Minimum age 18. Biometric Screener Qualifications Medical credentials strongly preferred (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.). Minimum 1 year experience working in a healthcare setting. Proficient with fingerstick blood collection and blood pressure measurement. Experience with Cholestech LDX preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Basic tablet and computer skills. Reliable transportation. Willing and able to pass a criminal background check. Minimum age 18. Pay Range $18 – $23 per hour (all job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data).
