Mainly obstetric/neonates, hypertension, GDM, try not to deliver anyone less than 36 weeksExperience or 'Must have' skills: able to read and interpret fetal strips, critical thinking, follow quality metrics, previous travel experience, must be able to read strips - will float to Medsurg & ER as neededAre RNs required to titrate drips?: YesCommon titratable &/or set rate drips: pitocin, insulin, magnesiumIs there a Charge Nurse on each shift?: YesDoes the charge nurse on shift take an assignment?: yesAre there nurse aids/surgical techs on this unit?
