We are seeking experienced Shift Managers to lead daily operations for a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Hamburger concept throughout Florida.

The ideal candidate will have extensive McDonald’s management experience and understand the fast-paced operating standards, speed of service, food safety, staffing, and team leadership required in a high-volume QSR environment.

 

Compensation

• Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
• Location: Multiple locations throughout Florida
• Market Position: Highly competitive with the current Florida McDonald’s market. Indeed reports an average McDonald’s Shift Manager wage of approximately $17.35/hr , placing the offered $17–$18/hr range directly around the current market average. (Indeed)

 

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure excellent speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction .
• Maintain proper execution of QSR operating procedures and brand standards.
• Monitor both front- and back-of-house operations during busy periods.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate crew members throughout each shift.
• Assign positions and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Train new employees on restaurant procedures, food safety, service, and operational standards.
• Hold team members accountable for performance and attendance.
• Support a positive, productive, and professional restaurant culture.

Guest Experience

• Ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient restaurant environment.

Food Safety & Cost Control

• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor product quality, preparation, portioning, and waste.
• Follow inventory and food-handling procedures.
• Help control labor and food costs through effective shift management.
