Job Description HII – Mission Technology is looking for a Manufacturing Program Manager Subject Matter Expert to support a position located at or Palmdale, CA or Wright-Patterson AFB. Must have a TS/SCI clearance. Accomplish a full range of acquisition program management tasks Assist with the development and maintenance of all manner of program documentation. Support the review of proposals and, as assigned by the customer, in a non-voting advisory role for program source selections. Support coordination of documentation between functional organizations inside and outside the program office. Support program milestone planning and preparation. Contractor personnel shall support risk management and process improvement. Support meetings internal and external to the program office. Support evaluation and communication of program progress in writing, in briefings Develop and coordinate responses to taskers in response to internal and external program inquiries. Minimum Qualifications Twenty (20) years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Master’s degree; OR Minimum of 25 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 30 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience. Active TS/SCI clearance Ten (10) of these years must have been in an acquisition program office on an ACAT I or ACAT II DoD acquisition program. Four (4) years’ experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment. Must have experience developing and coordinating DoD 5000.02 acquisition milestone plans and associated reporting documentation for one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programs. Experience preparing documentation, presentation materials, and staff packages to support acquisition milestone coordination and decisions. Experience managing the quality review and stand up of manufacturing capability in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Development phase. Experience managing in the Production phase on an ACAT I or equivalent development program to include: Assisting program offices with implementing and executing manufacturing readiness assessments per the DoD Manufacturing Readiness Level Guide; Government oversight of prime contractor and subcontractor manufacturing teams; Level III Acquisition Professional Development Program certification Preferred Requirements The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
