Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Tucson, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $55-$60/hour
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a Tucson-area school district. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide meaningful behavioral support while collaborating with school teams to improve student outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct behavioral support for students with significant behavioral needs
- Support students through 1:1 services or across multiple school sites, depending on district needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Provide guidance and recommendations related to behavior strategies and interventions
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with students with severe behaviors and complex support needs
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, FBAs, and behavior intervention planning
- School-based experience preferred
