Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist Location: Bridgewater, Virginia Salary: $180,000 – $300,000 per year We are seeking an autonomous Associate Dentist to provide independent clinical care on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (24 hours/week). The role offers partnership potential after three years and access to a state‑of‑the‑art facility with an average of 60 new patients per month. Responsibilities Deliver independent clinical care and treatment planning for a diverse patient base. Maintain high‑quality care standards and expand implant and Invisalign case volume. Collaborate with 2 dental hygienists, dental assistants, and a support staff. Utilize advanced technology, including CBCT, Open Dental software, and scanners. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Preferred: 2+ years of experience; newly qualified dentists will also be considered. Demonstrated ability to provide high‑quality patient care. Compensation & Benefits Production: 90‑day guarantee upon joining, tiered production system with up to 40% bonus or optional flat rate. Pay: Weekly.
