Shift Manager

Shift Manager Responsibilities: Managers lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, excellent service, and cleanliness for customers. Key Responsibilities: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications: Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
