As the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong client relationships. What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including locksmiths, contractors, and security professionals. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. What You’ll Need Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hardware or security distribution sector. Strong understanding of the Northeast market dynamics and customer base. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a remote territory effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the region as required.
