Regional Sales Manager – Northeast
Location: Remote (Northeast U.S.) Full-Time
Overview
Join a leading national distributor specializing in commercial and residential door hardware, electronic access control, and security solutions. With a commitment to innovation and customer service, we provide top-tier products and support to professionals across various industries. As the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including locksmiths, contractors, and security professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hardware or security distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of the Northeast market dynamics and customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
