Senior Manager, Marketing

Summary The Senior Manager, Marketing develops and executes client-centric marketing strategies across North America to drive acquisition, engagement, loyalty, retention, and commercial growth. The role uses client insights and segmentation to create personalized campaigns, communications, activations, and experiences across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. Responsibilities Develop annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with client needs and commercial objectives. Create strategies and scalable activations for client segments, including loyalists, prospects, new clients, and lapsed clients. Lead lifecycle communications and campaigns across CRM channels such as email and SMS. Partner with Client Experience, Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale, and Communications teams to coordinate client engagement. Measure the impact of engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty programs. Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in marketing, CRM, and project management. Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and developing personalized client engagement programs. Strong analytical, strategic, creative, communication, and project management skills. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Looker, SAP, or similar platforms is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
