Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking an LVN to work at the Central California Women's Facility in Concord, CA. This is a Corrections setting where you'll provide nursing care to incarcerated female patients in a structured correctional healthcare environment, supporting medical, mental health, and chronic care needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to incarcerated female patients, including assessments and routine care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; maintain accurate documentation
Conduct intake screenings, monitor vital signs, and report changes in patient condition
Follow all correctional facility policies and collaborate with healthcare and custody staff to ensure safe patient care

Requirements:

Active CA or compact LVN license
1+ year of LVN experience
