Compensation: $75,000 – $500,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Choose your own hours · 30–50 hrs/week

How It Works:
Starting a sales career with Edina Realty is straightforward. Here's the path from your first step to your first closed deal.
1. Take the Free Sales Assessment — A short assessment that shows your strengths and fit for a high-performance sales career, with a detailed personality report and no commitment.
2. Meet with a Sales Manager — Sit down with a local sales manager and ask anything about licensing, earnings, commissions or a typical week in sales.
3. Get Licensed — No Minnesota Real Estate License yet? No problem. Edina Realty provides licensing education reimbursement and flexible class options to get you selling fast.
4. Join the Sales Team & Start Earning — From day one you have sales training, technology, leads and colleagues invested in your success. No prior real estate experience required; we handle the rest.
Requirements:
You need a Minnesota Real Estate License to practice, but not to apply. A background in sales, customer service or business development? We want to talk, and we'll help you get licensed.
Come ready to prospect daily, build client relationships, embrace sales technology and attend coaching sessions. Everything else we teach you.
