A growing academic healthcare system in the Southeast is seeking a General ENT physician to join an established, community-based practice. This is a clinically focused, offering the opportunity to build and expand a high-demand practice with strong institutional support.

Position Highlights

• Bread-and-butter ENT with a broad case mix (adult & pediatric patients)
• High-growth opportunity supported by a strong referral base
• Balanced schedule with clinic, OR, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) time
• Autonomy to build and scale own practice
• Backed by a large ENT network offering mentorship and collaboration
• Monday-Friday clinical work schedule
• Hospital call: 7 days per month, call responsibilities include phone consults, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures
• Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive base salary plus production (wRVU) model
• Additional call pay

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Open to AMG and FMG candidates
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
• Interest in building a practice in a community setting
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and patient-focused
