Learning Opportunities As a Human Resources Expert, you will develop skills in understanding employment laws, using Microsoft Office Suite, and employing scheduling software. Responsibilities Create a friendly guest experience by greeting, welcoming, and helping guests find what they need. Manage guest interactions and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Support team members and leaders, assist peers, and maintain a positive attitude. Work with HR leaders to anticipate and address staffing needs for each area of the business. Lead focused recruiting efforts for store leaders. Support training needs and advocate for continuous learning. Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Listen to team members and collaborate with leaders to take action as needed. Deliver HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption. Support compliance with company policies and regulations. Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work safely, follow policies, and report hazards. Perform additional duties as required by business needs. Qualifications Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members. Thrive in a fast‑moving, physically demanding role that requires teamwork, flexibility, and creativity. Open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times. Required Skills Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and teammates. Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other tech equipment. Effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes. Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks. Physical Demands Accurately handle cash register operations. Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance. Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other environmental elements. Stay mobile for the duration of a shift. Work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
