Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day construction operations for parking garage restoration projects across the Washington, DC–Baltimore area. The role will manage project schedules, crews, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multiple construction/restoration projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, crews, resources, and field activities.
• Monitor project progress, costs, budgets, and overall performance.
• Work closely with field supervisors, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership.
• Resolve operational and job-site issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, quality, and construction standards
• Optimize workflows and support continuous process improvements.
• Conduct regular site visits throughout the Washington, DC–Baltimore area
• Support planning and execution of future construction projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Experience managing multiple construction or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience in concrete restoration, waterproofing, or structural repair is highly preferred. xhyhwjd
• Ability to work on-site and travel between project locations as needed.
