Restoration Supervisor

Overview SERVPRO of Piscataway is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to oversee and lead restoration technicians. This role coordinates, monitors, and performs work activities on projects to fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Knowledge of disaster restoration industry (Water, Fire, Mold) Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform Coach and train restoration technicians and ensure safety standards are followed during all active jobs Ensure appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on the truck and arrive at the job site Perform daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs for residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency Complete sketch and scope sheet for estimates; complete drying records using mobile software Inspect jobs after completion and obtain customer signatures for certification of satisfaction Prioritize activities and meet deadlines Maintain inventory of supplies Position Requirements Valid driver’s license At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction Experience with using Xactimate is preferred but not required Certifications required: OCT – Odor Control Technician Certifications preferred but not required: ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician; FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician; OCT – Odor Control Technician Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance); climb ladders; work at ceiling heights; work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
