Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Primary Care Physician in Jacksonville, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient primary care role serving adult patient populations
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a relationship-based practice
• Focus on patient retention, quality metrics, and long-term health outcomes
• Established clinical team with strong support staff and workflows
• Opportunity to practice near Jacksonville's desirable Intracoastal area
• Performance-driven environment with significant bonus potential

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $240,000 - $260,000
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity Up To 25%
• Potential Sign-On Bonus
• Immediate Health Insurance Eligibility
• CME Reimbursement: $3,500 Plus CME Time Off
• Malpractice Coverage Provided

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 18-22 Patients Per Day
• Built-In Administrative Time
• Call Responsibilities Required (Discussed During Interview)

• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Promote preventive care and wellness initiatives
• Build long-term patient relationships
• Maintain quality metrics and patient satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED or Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Active Florida Medical License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Prior Outpatient Primary Care Experience REQUIRED
• New Graduates Will Not Be Considered
• Comfortable Seeing 18-22 Patients Daily REQUIRED
• Strong Focus On Patient Retention And Community Engagement REQUIRED
• Stable Career History Preferred
• Professional Communication And Relationship Building Skills REQUIRED
