- $25-$30 per hour based on experience
- Commission and spiff opportunities that can get you to over $115K a year!

- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
- Recommend solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintain inventory and materials on company vehicle
- Complete service documentation and invoices accurately
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
