Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Customer Account Representative to support customer relationships, provide professional assistance, and help identify solutions based on customer needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and developing customer service and business skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions regarding products and services.
- Provide timely and professional customer assistance.
- Support customer follow-ups and account-related activities.
- Communicate product and service information clearly.
