As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:Primary recruiting contact for hiring manager. Continually engages with hiring managers and leaders to understand the recruiting business needs and required skillsManage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies. Effectively program manages recruitment campaigns as requiredManage full cycle recruiting for client groups (submit background checks, drug screens, etc). You will be recruiting for a variety of manufacturing, engineering and related roles.Responsible for quality of the prospective candidates that are presented to the hiring managers for open requisitionsPartnering with business leaders and HR team members to develop and maintain effective relationshipsMaintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies & processesTrack candidate process and minimize time to hire (Resume (CV) to offer) through driving the candidate pipelineUnderstand and use Workday (the candidate database) and ensure up to date data management of recruitment applications by Hiring Managers at all timesUtilize all recruiting tools and resources (job boards, CRM, etc.) to ensure hiring managers are receiving top quality candidates for current and future talent needsEnsure client satisfaction for the recruitment efforts within span of support by communicating business needsEnsure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activityProvide recruiting status updates to Global Recruiting Manager and HR Managers including performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues etc.Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and lessons-learnedProvide back-up recruiting services as neededDevelop and maintain effective relations with the hiring managers in span of support as well as establishing relationship with internal and external candidatesThis is a full-time temp position up to 6 months but may offer a foot in the door and lead to perm opportunities. Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm. This role will be working onsite at the San Diego facility. The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's level degree or a minimum of 3 years of related HR experience1-3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition job-related experience. Must have manufacturing recruiting experience1-3 years of experience in passive sourcing and utilizing sourcing tools i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, etcPrevious experience with an applicant tracking system (preferably Workday) and managing candidates through the recruiting review and selection processPay Rate: $ 35.00-$38.00 per hour DOE *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
