Sr. Project Engineer

Summary: Our award-winning client is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join their team.In this exciting, full-time position, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative assembly processes.
- Define project requirements, build detailed specifications, and conduct line balancing for optimal efficiency.
- Analyze labor requirements, conduct time studies, and map process flows to optimize production.
- Improve material handling practices to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide support to production teams for smooth project implementation.
- Develop conceptual design sketches to communicate ideas, with internal or external resources handling 3D modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing new processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles a plus.
- This is a corporate role, and we are seeking a candidate with a focus on process improvement rather than mechanical design.
