Responsibilities Summary: As a Field Manager, you will manage and evaluate assigned region of the contractor network. Interacts with all departments including field sales. Recruits, coaches, monitors, and evaluates, new contractors as well as existing contractors within their network(s). Manages and evaluates the quality and cost of the contractor network in an assigned region by analyzing and interpreting reports and statistical data and determines course of action. Serves as liaison with departments, contractors, and field sales to facilitate communication, as well as resolve issues. Educates, trains, and provides ongoing coaching to contractors on company policies and procedures. Analyzes data to determine gaps in contractor availability and performance to make recommendation, build commitment, and overcome objections. Provides monitoring and maintenance of work orders in their assigned area to ensure accuracy, and provides feedback to appropriate departments for coaching opportunities. Recruits and maintains trade specific contractors to meet regional goals. Provides high level business consulting expertise and advice to an assigned contractor network. Facilitates learning and sharing of best practices in a wide variety of formats, including group presentations virtually and face to face. Assists in facilitating and managing new company initiatives and projects. Ability and willingness to travel to conduct field visits, including multiple overnight stays. May assume other duties as applied. Qualifications Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum Experience required: 2+ years of experience Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as a team player in a professional manner Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle Negotiation and sales skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical skills Organizational and time management skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI) Business and financial acumen Problem solving and decision-making skills Project management, organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills Other / State Specific This role pays between $59,700/yr to $74,600/yr, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
