A Schedule That Works for YOU

Our 3rd Shift positions have start and end times between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and we offer flexibility within that window.

You will NOT be scheduled for a 12-hour shift. We'll talk about the hours that work best for you during your interview and find a schedule that fits your availability.

As a Crew Team Member, you'll help create the experience that keeps our guests coming back.

• Make guests feel welcome by checking in and making sure they're having a great experience

• Bring your smile to every interaction as you help guests order their favorite McDonald's meals

• Create great food by preparing menu items to our high standards

• Keep it clean and inviting so every guest feels comfortable
