• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of ER and/or ICU experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS required; additional certifications (PALS, TNCC, CCRN) preferred
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a high-acuity setting

• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide critical care and emergency treatment to unstable and high-acuity patients
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and ventilator settings
• Utilize EMR systems for accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to medical emergencies, including codes and trauma cases
• Maintain compliance with patient safety and infection control standards
