Come and experience your future!The Work This position is for a Deputy Technical Director within the Ground Based Air Surveillance Radar Chief Engineering organization. Responsible for ensuring that the radar system architecture meets the requirements of a given program. Develops modifications to existing products to meet unique customer needs, and supports/leads the development of next-generation products within this market segment. Leads/oversees technical work products developed by the larger engineering team, supporting design reviews and integration and test activities as needed. Supports capture activities, including RFI/RFP preparation, customer presentations and live demonstrations, and competitor analysis. Leads formal customer sell-off events, and supports troubleshooting fielded radar systems.In addition, he/she maintains knowledge of current and developing technologies and develops strategies for their insertion into both legacy and next-generation radar systems. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $118,700 - $209,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
