Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Peoria, IL. This role requires a dedicated professional eager to work in an acute setting within a reputable level 1 trauma and level 3 perinatal center. Collaborative and patient-focused, candidates must be proficient in high-risk obstetric care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide high-quality care to pregnant patients, including those at high risk
• Manage Pitocin, Magnesium, and Insulin drips
• Circulate in OR for cesarean sections and manage postpartum care in PACU
• Utilize advanced AWHONN EFM for electronic fetal monitoring
• Float to Postpartum and Antepartum units as required

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Active IL nursing license or proof of application
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Labor and Delivery
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, and Advanced AWHONN EFM certifications
• Proficiency in care of high-risk OB patients
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with weekend rotations every third weekend
