Working Model: 100% on-site Working Hours: 7am - 3:30pm EST, Monday - Friday Interview Process: In person, 1 round The Assembler 2 role is expected to be an individual capable of reading electrical and mechanical drawings and translating that into a finished product with limited supervision to the highest level of quality. Essential Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety processes and procedures.
• Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following mechanical layout and assembly drawings with zero deficiencies.
• Produce and install wiring onto components per electrical schematics following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
• Capable of providing ideas for improvement and implementing changes with approval from engineering.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Ensure maximum efficiency to aide in cost reduction.
• Achieve on time delivery goals are met.
• Willingness to travel for occasional field installations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, or related discipline from an accredited college or university or minimum 2 years of related industry experience.
• Experience with panel assembly and wiring.
• Capable of performing wire checks and quality inspections during the assembly process.
• Maintain production schedules and target budgets.
