Bilingual Client Support Specialist (advanced English) - Ubi: Barranquilla (Soledad)

En Foundever estamos buscando un asesor de servicio al cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo presencial de Barranquilla. Responsabilidades Atender consultas sobre facturas, aclarar dudas relacionadas con pagos, cargos únicos y recurrentes, y garantizar que nuestros clientes comprendan plenamente su cargo mensual. Proporcionar soporte básico en el funcionamiento de la plataforma y del servicio, así como asistencia a través de chat. Realizar ventas cruzadas cuando corresponda. Requisitos Experiencia previa en atención al cliente deseable pero no obligatoria. Capacidad para brindar soporte básico de manera clara. Habilidades excelentes de comunicación y resolución de problemas en inglés (B2). Disponibilidad para trabajar completamente presencial en Barranquilla. Estudios Bachillerato / Educación Media. Inglés - Intermedio. Condiciones Ubicación: Barranquilla. Modalidad: Presencial. Contrato a término indefinido. Tiempo completo. Salario: $2.879.022 Mensual bruto. #J-18808-Ljbffr Foundever
