You are the final quality check point between the kitchen and the guest, ensuring every order is accurate, organized, and packed to Tatsu-Ya standards.What you'll do:Greet pickup guests promptly, verify order details, and provide a friendly, efficient handoffEnsure all to-go items—including ramen, sides, bombs, garnishes, utensils, and drinks—are packed correctly and completelyPerform final quality checks on every order, including broth levels, packaging integrity, labeling, and presentationCoordinate closely with BOH and FOH teams to manage ticket flow, rush orders, and accurate wait timesMaintain an organized and clearly labeled to-go staging area and pickup shelfMonitor and restock to-go supplies such as bowls, bags, stickers, utensils, ramekins, and labelsAssist with opening and closing duties, including tablet setup, station organization, and cleaningMaintain cleanliness and follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocolsWork with urgency and purpose to support high-volume service while maintaining accuracy and hospitalityRequirements:Must be 18+ years oldValid Food Handlers certification (TABC only if required by location)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25–50 lbsAbility to stand for prolonged periods and move efficiently throughout the restaurantReady to be part of the team behind every perfectly packed bowl?
