Medical Surgical Nurse StaffingYour future role at a glanceLocation: Will float across various locations in the Austin, TX Metro areaDepartment: Medical Surgical Nurse StaffingSchedule: Rotating PRNPay: $47 per hourHow you'll make an impact in this roleDeliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols.Implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders.Coordinate all aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team.Communicate and meticulously record all patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
