We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.****JOB SUMMARY**The Quality Technician I supports manufacturing operations by identifying, investigating, and resolving quality issues throughout the production process. This role collaborates with plant teams to ensure first-pass quality, perform audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives. **YOUR IMPACT***These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:** Manage internal quality tasks within an assigned production area.* Identify and report quality issues to all levels of the Operations team.* Collaborate with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot and resolve quality concerns.* Communicate supplier-related quality issues to Supplier Quality Technicians and suppliers.* Promote first-pass quality throughout the manufacturing process.* Participate in cross-functional team meetings related to quality and production.* Conduct process and final product audits based on engineering specifications.* Operate or move JLG equipment as needed for inspection or troubleshooting.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.* Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS*** Computer literate with Microsoft office especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.* Strong phone and communication skills.* Interpersonal skills.* Sound Business Acumen.* Knowledge of standard measurement tools.* Strong math skills.* Ability to read engineering drawings.* Good driving record with minimal violations.**WORKING CONDITIONS** *The following represents general working conditions for this role.
