Role SummaryAmerican National is building a highly adaptable, technically strong actuarial bench to support enterprise‑wide initiatives and analytical needs across the actuarial organization. This role is designed for a highly adaptable, hands-on actuarial professional who can navigate a fast-changing environment, can be quickly deployed across diverse functional areas, and is trusted to take ownership of complex work from inception through delivery.This individual will serve as an extension of senior actuarial leadership and business partners, stepping into pricing, valuation, ALM, reporting, VM‑22, reinsurance, and other actuarial areas as needed. The role offers broad exposure and long-term career flexibility across actuarial disciplines.What You’ll Do:Enterprise Actuarial SupportStep in to offer additional subject matter expertise or skillset to support modeling and financial reporting efforts.Provide on‑demand actuarial and financial analysis to support a variety of areas such as experience studies, earnings analysis, reserve movement attribution, and cash flow modeling.Navigate ambiguity and deliver high quality output with minimal direction.
