About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the development and execution of impactful financial strategies that support the organization's growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management, to ensure fiscal health and alignment with long-term goals. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to define and achieve key performance indicators, enhance operational efficiency, and drive the integration of ERP systems with CRM and operational platforms. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in providing strategic insights for mergers, acquisitions, and market expansion, and will be expected to promote a culture of financial accountability and data-driven decision-making across all departments. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of finance management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. A CPA designation is highly desirable. The role requires proficiency in construction accounting software and CRM systems, as well as experience with percent-completion accounting in construction or contracting industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing financial benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards, managing accounting processes, and leading a high-performing finance team. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
