Its mission is providing state-of-the-art medical and surgical care for patients with disorders of the ears, nose, and throat.

We are seeking a 32-hour Audiologist to join our outpatient practice, offering a consistent, onsite four-day workweek. The specific four days worked can be flexible based on the needs of the practice and provider, with the same day off each week. Work alongside a collaborative team of audiologists, surgeons, and medical providers in a busy outpatient setting. You'll enjoy an established outpatient practice with a collaborative, team-oriented environment, a manageable patient volume of approximately eight patients per day, with 40-50 minute appointments, built-in administrative time to support your clinical responsibilities, and dedicated scheduling support, allowing you to remain focused on patient care. The opportunity to collaborate closely with two surgeons and two additional medical providers.

Essential functions include cochlear implant evaluations and programming, tinnitus evaluations, counseling, and treatment, monitoring patients' progress and providing ongoing observation of hearing or balance status, fitting, dispensing, and repairing assistive devices such as hearing aids, educating patients, caregivers, and family members on treatment options and continuing care, and researching causes and potential treatments for hearing and balance disorders.

Qualifications include a Doctorate in Audiology, an audiologist state license, and basic life support preferred. One to two years of experience in audiology or hearing testing is preferred. Strong patient/customer service skills, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in DPOAE, ABR, ENG/VNG, hearing aid evaluation, dispensing and follow-up, and using electronic health records for documentation are required.

The pay range for this position is $63,856.00 - $92,976.00/Annual Grade 7. Mass General Brigham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
